The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XFFJP-D5SV or 871XFFJPD5SV, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty use. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of driven-equipment requirements, from fire and rescue to refuse and truck crane applications. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, addresses the vibrational forces produced by modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange lubrication extends PTO and pump shaft service life. SmartStart and Quiet Gear options are also available on this series.
