The Chelsea 878XBFJP-M3AC or 878XBFJPM3AC is a constant-mesh Power Take-Off Assembly from the 878 Series, designed to mount on Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational damage. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high ranges. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce interference clearance issues, and the Positive Stop feature on driveline outputs prevents oil seal damage.
