The Chelsea 878XCFJP-M5RF or 878XCFJPM5RF is a constant mesh Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 878 Series, designed to mount on Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The series delivers up to 670 lb-ft continuous torque in the smallest package available for this torque class. A ductile iron bearing cap provides 117% greater strength compared to gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational effects from modern engine designs. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed applications. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce clearance and interference concerns, and a Positive Stop driveline output eliminates oil seal damage from coupling.
