The Chelsea 878XDFJW-M3RS is a constant mesh Power Take-Off assembly from the 878 Series, engineered to fit Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The 878 Series delivers up to 670 lb-ft of continuous torque in a compact package, built around a cast iron housing and a ductile iron bearing cap that is 117% stronger than gray iron. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibration-related wear. Rotatable cast iron flanges reduce clearance interference, and a Positive Stop feature on driveline outputs eliminates oil seal damage. The Wet Spline Lubrication option extends shaft life by 7 to 10 times over standard configurations. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed demands. A hydraulic hose is included.
