The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880XGAHP-M6XY or 880XGAHPM6XY, is an 8-bolt PTO built for heavy-duty, high-torque applications. It uses a lever mechanical shift and delivers output through a 1-1/2"-10 spline shaft fitted with a 1410 series companion flange. The 880 Series is rated for intermittent torque up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm), with shaft power of 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing features constant mesh input gears and a removable shift cover that simplifies backlash adjustment during installation. Common applications include fire trucks, bulk haulers, oil field equipment, aerial units, winch systems, and large recovery vehicles.
