Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly 880XGAKP-P6XY or 880XGAKPP6XY is a heavy-duty 8-bolt PTO built for high-torque, demanding applications including fire trucks, bulk haulers, oil field equipment, and large truck recovery. It uses a lever mechanical shift with constant mesh input gears and delivers intermittent torque rated at 401-500 lb-ft (501+ Nm), with shaft power of 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange. Cast iron housing, a removable shift cover for easier backlash adjustment, and dual-pump output for running a pump on each end of the shaft set this unit apart in heavy-service work.
