The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880XMAHX-A5GS or 880XMAHXA5GS, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO built for high-torque, heavy-duty applications. The output shaft is a 1-1/2" 10-tooth spline paired with a 1410 companion flange, rated for up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque (678 Nm). Shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing encloses constant mesh input gears with tapered cone bearings, and the removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment during installation. The dual-pump output design allows a hydraulic pump to be mounted on each end of the unit. Compatible with Volvo/Mack, Allison, and Eaton/Fuller transmissions.
