The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off, part number 880XMDAX-V5XY or 880XMDAXV5XY, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO built for heavy-duty applications including bulk haulers, fire trucks, oil field equipment, winch systems, and large recovery trucks. Output is through a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange, rated for intermittent torque up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm). Shaft power is rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. The cast iron housing carries constant mesh input gears, and the removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment during installation.
