The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880XRAHX-V6XV or 880XRAHXV6XV, is a heavy-duty 8-bolt PTO designed for high-torque, high-cycle applications including fire trucks, bulk haulers, oil field equipment, aerial units, and large recovery vehicles. It delivers lever mechanical shift operation and mounts to manual transmissions from Volvo/Mack, Allison, Eaton/Fuller, and other manufacturers. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange, rated for up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque. Shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. Tapered cone bearings support demanding load cycles, and the removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment.
