The Fabco 235-0678-006 is an intermediate shaft cap for the TC-270 transfer case in the three port configuration. Its job is to carry and seal the intermediate shaft bore, and because Fabco builds this cap in more than one suffix under the same base number, the suffix on your old cap matters more than the picture does.
