The Muncie 06TA5517 is a three-piece extension shaft assembly for the EX Drive series, specified as SAE "BB" output, 1.0" diameter with 15-tooth SPL spline, at 27.1" in length. Designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions equipped with a retarder or cooler, it allows large gear or piston pumps to be direct-mounted to the PTO, removing the need for a separate driveline installation.
