The Muncie CS40-A1007-H3CD or CS40A1007H3CD is a 10-bolt heavy-duty clutch shift Power Take-Off from the Muncie CS40/41 Series, engineered for Allison 3000 and 4000 series and Caterpillar CX transmissions. It runs precision-ground gears for high torque capacity with quiet operation, and oversized bearings throughout. The unit accepts S.A.E. "C" and DIN 5462 direct-mount flanges, making it compatible with most high-power-input pumps. Rotatable direct-mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance, and two assembly arrangements allow the PTO to mount shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission. A 1410-series remote-mount output shaft is included for remote pump drives, and standard pressure lubrication comes built in. Fire pump applications are rated to a maximum output of 4,000 RPM.
