The Muncie CS40-A1012-H3BX or CS40A1012H3BX is a 10-bolt heavy-duty clutch shift Power Take-Off from Muncie's CS40/41 Series, designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series and Caterpillar CX transmissions. It carries intermittent torque ratings up to 600 lb.ft. (813 NM) and continuous torque up to 420 lb.ft. (569 NM) at the 07 speed ratio, with a maximum output speed of 4,000 RPM on fire pump applications. Precision ground gears keep operation quiet under load, and oversized bearings are sized for sustained high-torque duty. Rotatable direct mount flanges accept SAE "C" and DIN 5462 pump interfaces; a 1410-series output shaft is available for remote pump drives. Standard pressure lubrication is built in.
