The Muncie CS8B-U6005-A1BX or CS8BU6005A1BX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It accepts 19 transmission input gear configurations, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and the flanges rotate to allow maximum pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options include keyed and flange types for versatility in remote pump drive applications. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
