The Muncie CS8S-U6005-A1KP or CS8SU6005A1KP is a CS8 Series power take-off unit with an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. It covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and the flanges rotate so you can position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options -- keyed and flange types -- add versatility for remote pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed.
