The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8B-U6806-A1EX or CS8BU6806A1EX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. The CS8 platform supports S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump configurations, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the "OFF" position. An optional pulse generator enables a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
