The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6806-E1KX or CS8BU6806E1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for direct mount pump applications on Allison 1000/2000 series automatics and many manual transmissions. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" standards as well as DIN 5462, and all flanges are rotatable so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - cover a wide range of auxiliary hydraulic setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
