The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6807-P1PX or CS8BU6807P1PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for both automatic and manual transmission applications, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pumps, and the rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - provide versatility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the "OFF" position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
