The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8B-U6809-E3KW or CS8BU6809E3KW, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges meet SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in the engine compartment. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange configurations for versatile pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available for System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
