The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6809-P3PX or CS8BU6809P3PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for direct mount pump applications. It covers 19 transmission input gear combinations, making it compatible with Allison 1000/2000 series automatics and most popular manual transmissions. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and those flanges rotate to maximize clearance around the pump. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
