The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6812-E1PD or CS8BU6812E1PD, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and all flanges are rotatable so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive versatility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the "OFF" position. An optional pulse generator connects to a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
