The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6812-P1KX or CS8BU6812P1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns and are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange configurations for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
