The Muncie CS8B-U6812-H3KX or CS8BU6812H3KX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It accepts 19 transmission input gears, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable direct mount flanges that let the installer position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for versatile remote pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. At speed ratios 03 through 07, the unit is rated at 57 HP intermittent (43 kW) and 300 lb-ft intermittent torque (407 Nm) at 1,000 RPM.
