The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6812-E1PX or CS8BU6812E1PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO with overall dimensions of 11.63 in. H x 13.38 in. W x 15.63 in. L. It fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series, through a range of transmission input gear configurations. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, and those flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft styles - keyed and flange types - support a variety of remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
