The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6809-P3BX or CS8DS6809P3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft configurations - keyed and flange types - give additional flexibility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the off position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
