The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6812-A1KW or CS8DS6812A1KW, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for direct mount pump applications on Allison 1000/2000 series automatics and a wide range of manual transmissions. It accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges, and those flanges rotate to clear surrounding components. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange configurations for flexibility in pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the unit is in the off position, preventing unintended rotation.
