The Muncie CS8S-M6507-E3SX (also referenced as CS8SM6507E3SX) is a CS8 Series power take-off with 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. The CS8 Series covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, fitting most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns are rotatable for maximum installation clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - give flexibility for remote pump drives. The patented Muncie drag brake keeps the shaft stationary when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
