The Muncie CS8S-M6509-A3SX or CS8SM6509A3SX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed for compatibility with Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions and most popular manual transmissions. The CS8 Series covers 19 transmission input gear configurations to match a broad range of applications. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges plus DIN 5462, and the rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is in the off position. An optional pulse generator is also available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
