The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off CS8S-M6509-P3EX or CS8SM6509P3EX is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Rated at 57 HP intermittent at 1,000 RPM with up to 300 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 210 lb.ft. continuous torque (speed ratios 03 through 07), it supports direct mount pump flanges in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" configurations as well as DIN 5462, all of which are rotatable for clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types. Muncie's patented drag brake keeps the output shaft stationary when the PTO is off.
