The Muncie CS8S-M6512-E3SX or CS8SM6512E3SX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It fits Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions as well as most popular manual transmissions, with 19 input gear options across the CS8 lineup. Direct mount pump flanges conform to S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are rotatable so you can position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for versatility in remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
