The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-S7009-P1BX or CS8SS7009P1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" standards as well as DIN 5462, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options - available in keyed and flange types - provide flexibility for remote pump drive configurations. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available for System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
