The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6003-A1BX or CS8SU6003A1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to mount on Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions and a wide range of manual transmissions. Speed ratios 03 through 07 carry an intermittent rating of 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM with 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) intermittent torque and 210 lb-ft (285 Nm) continuous torque. Ratios 09, 12, and 14 are rated at 52 HP (39 kW) intermittent with 275 lb-ft (373 Nm) intermittent and 193 lb-ft (261 Nm) continuous torque. Output options include three remote mount shaft configurations in keyed and flange types, plus S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges.
