The Muncie CS8S-U6004-P1VX (also referenced as CS8SU6004P1VX) is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off built around an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It covers a wide transmission range, fitting most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance, and the unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types allow flexibility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged, and an optional pulse generator is available for System Protection Device speed monitoring.
