The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6005-A1CX or CS8SU6005A1CX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 configurations, and all flanges are rotatable to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types provide versatility for remote pump drives. Rated at up to 57 HP and 300 lb.ft. intermittent torque at 1000 RPM (speed ratios 03-07), the unit also features Muncie's patented drag brake that prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position.
