The Muncie CS8S-U6005-E1ZX or CS8SU6005E1ZX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It is designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series and many manual transmissions, using 19 transmission input gear options. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to give maximum clearance when positioning a hydraulic pump. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator enables a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
