The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6005-A1B5 or CS8SU6005A1B5, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for direct-mount pump applications. It accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct-mount flanges, and those flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote-mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator connects to a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
