The Muncie CS8S-U6806-A1KD or CS8SU6806A1KD is an 8-bolt clutch shift Power Take-Off from the CS6/CS8 Series. It covers a wide range of transmission applications, including Allison 1000/2000 series automatics and many manual transmissions, through 19 transmission input gear configurations. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to maximize clearance around the pump. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
