The Muncie CS8S-U6812-A1KD or CS8SU6812A1KD is an 8-bolt clutch-shift power take-off from Muncie's CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers three remote-mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types, and accepts direct-mount pumps in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 configurations. The rotatable direct-mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. A patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
