The Muncie CS8S-U6807-A1KD or CS8SU6807A1KD is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It accommodates 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize pump clearance in the installation. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types for added versatility in pump drive applications. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
