The Muncie CS8S-U6806-A1PX or CS8SU6806A1PX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from Muncie's CS8 Series. The CS8 Series is noted for compatibility with a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series units. Direct mount pump flanges are SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462, and all flanges are rotatable to give maximum clearance during installation. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange configurations for added versatility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is off, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device speed monitoring.
