The Muncie CS8S-U6806-E1IX or CS8SU6806E1IX is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from the CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance, and the unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position, and an optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
