The Muncie CS8S-U6812-H1KX or CS8SU6812H1KX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges accommodate S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump patterns, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installation environments. Three remote mount output shaft options - in keyed and flange types - give flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
