Pro Gear and Transmission sells Eaton Fuller Roadranger transmissions in three conditions: remanufactured exchange units on the shelf now, Eaton factory reman and new program units ordered by TA or TN number, and Eaton Flex Reman assemblies. You buy the remanufactured gearbox and send your old one back as the core. Core charges apply and may be refunded in whole or in part following delivery and inspection, subject to the manufacturer's core policy. Model names link to the unit page.

Shop by speed

The last two digits of an Eaton Fuller model number are the forward speeds, so an RTLO-16913A is a 13 speed and an FRO-16210C is a 10 speed.

Eaton Fuller model families we stock

Eaton Fuller model numbers tell you the family and the number of forward speeds: the last two digits are the speeds, so an RTLO-16913A is a 13 speed and an FRO-16210C is a 10 speed. Eaton Endurant automated transmissions

The Endurant is Eaton's automated transmission platform for linehaul and vocational trucks, and we list it by Eaton program number the same way we list the manual program units: the EEO-18F112C in single PTO configuration under several TA and TN numbers, and the EE-17F111B exchange unit with a single PTO opening and the 10001336 input. Fluid, identification and manuals

Eaton specifies PS-386 synthetic transmission lubricant for these units, and using it is part of the Reman Bundle warranty registration. Should I buy a new, a reman exchange or a rebuilt transmission?

A reman exchange unit is the fastest and lowest cost way back on the road: it ships from stock, carries Eaton's standard two year warranty, and your old unit goes back as the core. Add a year of coverage when you bundle a Standard or Flex Eaton reman transmission with an Advantage Series or EverTough clutch and Eaton's PS 386 lubricant, then register for the Reman Bundle warranty. A new Eaton program unit suits a new build, or a buyer who wants a factory-new gearbox and no core to return.

What does the data tag on my Eaton Fuller transmission tell you?

The data tag sits on the passenger side of the case and carries the model number, the TA number and the serial number. The TA number identifies the exact build, including the shift bar housing, the input shaft and the PTO configuration, and one model number can carry more than one TA. Read us all three and we can match the unit before it ships.

How does the core charge work on an exchange transmission?

Exchange units are sold with a refundable core charge collected at checkout. Your old transmission is inspected when it comes back, and the charge is refunded in whole or in part under the manufacturer's core policy. Crate the old unit complete and ship it once the replacement is in the truck. Units listed as core-free have no core to return.

What does Flex Reman mean on an Eaton Fuller transmission?

Flex Reman is Eaton's own reman program, listed under a part number ending in -P or -PDS, such as the FRO16210C-P with the standard shift bar housing, or the RTLO16713A-P. A -PNW number such as the RTLO16713A-PNW is the core-free version of the same assembly.
