The Chelsea 288GCFJP-M8RY is a 10-bolt, constant mesh Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 288 Series, built on the proven 281 Series platform. It delivers a continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and features a round output shaft with a 1-inch, 1/4-inch key configuration. Ductile iron bearing caps are 117% stronger than the gray iron caps used in earlier designs, and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibration-related wear. Nine speed ratios are available across the series, covering both low and high speed applications. The 288 Series replaces the Chelsea 287 Series PTO.
