The Chelsea 288GCFJP-M3RF is a 288 Series Heavy Duty Constant Mesh Power Take-Off built on the proven 281 Series platform. This 10-bolt PTO carries a continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and is engineered for demanding applications including refuse, vacuum, aerial, and snow and ice equipment. The 288 Series features a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap for improved clamp load, and a positive stop on driveline outputs that protects oil seals from coupling damage. The round output shaft (1-inch, 1/4-inch key) pairs with nine available speed ratios. Wet Spline lubrication technology is incorporated to extend pump shaft life.
