The Chelsea 890LDFJW-K5XS is a hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 890 Series, engineered to fit Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series mounts with a 10-bolt pattern and positions the SAE C output flange at the rear of the transmission, moving the pump rearward to open clearance between the pump and the frame rail. Wet Spline output technology is standard, extending service life on the PTO and mating pump shaft. The one-piece main shaft eliminates intermediate input splines, and the clutch is positioned at the rear of the PTO housing so the gear section sits tight to the transmission. The 890 Series is a single integrated unit, not a PTO paired with a separate extension. Typical applications for this series include aerial trucks, fire and rescue apparatus, truck cranes, and refuse trucks.
