The Chelsea 272RDKUP-B3RE or 272RDKUPB3RE is a 272 Series hot-shift, 6-bolt power take-off built for medium-duty applications including aerial, towing and recovery, construction equipment, and water trucks. It mounts with a 6-bolt pattern and delivers its output through a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), and the unit comes with an integral air control valve. Continuous torque for the 272 Series runs up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm).
