The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489GHAHX-A5GF or 489GHAHXA5GF is an 8-bolt PTO designed for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and features a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
