The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XLAHX-V5RE or 489XLAHXV5RE, is an 8-bolt PTO designed for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is air shift. The 489 Series is rated for 201 to 300 lb-ft intermittent torque and delivers 46 to 55 HP output. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
