The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XSAHX-V3RD or 489XSAHXV3RD is a mechanical shift PTO designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers up to 201-300 lb-ft intermittent torque and 46-55 HP output power, with tapered bearings for greater load-bearing capability versus needle bearings.
